Memorial Service at St. Andrew's

When we are baptized, a mark of a cross is drawn in our hearts. This mark follows us our entire life and at the end leads to the other side. It's a mark of life that leads us to God. We can trust that God takes care our us and our friends and family members. The promise that is given in baptism carries us in life and death.

The blessing and the memorial service are ceremonies where friends and family pray for the one they lost and escort him/her for the last journey.

The story of resurrection gives hope; we will see eachother again.

Our church can be use to have a small blessing ceremony or a larger memorial service. Our Pastor performs ceremonies also at resthomes, homes, funeral home chapels and cemeteries. Our Music Director is usually part of the ceremonies that are performed in the church. The Pastor and Music Director must be compensated for the services.
